Mary
During our recent stay at Serena, we were delighted by the beautiful and elegant ambiance of the hotel. The theme and decor created a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly pampered. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of options available for breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the selection of local dishes that showcased the rich flavors of the region.
There was one small drawback that we encountered during our stay. The mini bar in our room was not stocked, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel exudes charm and style, with a beautiful orchard and delightful furnishings. The staff, especially Ms. Sobia and Mr. Abdul Sattar, were exceptional and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The layout and gardens were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were clean, and the conference facilities were good. a perfect and impressive stay.
No issues.

The architecture, landscaping, and features of this hotel are stunning. The breakfast area, with its adjacent lawn and sitting area, was a great start to the mornings. the rooms were always in excellent condition and there was everything I could ask for.
Something that could have been better were the mosquito nets in the rooms that were insufficient to keep out the insects. However, this was easily manageable with bug spray.

Located in the heart of the city, this beautiful hotel is easily accessible and provides a great opportunity to see the lush greenery in the orchard. the traditional Balochi handwork in the rooms makes the stay much more enjoyable, and the complementary breakfast boasts many dishes to choose from.
Some staff members could use some improvement in their service and attitude towards customers.
